Paint shop pro x2 has stopped working. Close the program.

Windows log error:

 Could not load command library 'TOOLSTANDARD'. Unable to retrieve command 'mover'. The library could not be found, or the associated resources could not be found, or the versions did not match.

This was due to the incorrect version of file:

C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2\Languages\EN\ToolStandardRC.dll

The correct one can be found in directory:

C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 - Installation Files\Data1.cab

Unzip cab and copy the english version ToolStandardRC to the EN directory above, extract and view file properties for other languages.
