Purchase Magic ISO ( here )

Download and install bart_full.exe on an Xp workstation.

Start->Avast! Bart Cd manager->Update ISO->this creates an iso image

Start->All programs->Magic ISO->Magic ISO

File->Open-> image you created with Bart Cd manager

Save your newly created iso file with a new name, and burn it to a cdrom.

Hit F12 or your pc's equivalent as the system boots, chose to boot from cdrom.

To boot this image from a hard disk, follow the steps outlined in

PXE-E53: No boot filename received -> Removing your hard drive from

the boot sequence might help, press F2 (for setup) during the restart and remove your hard disk. You can add it back at a later time, without

causing damage to your disk.
